Between the crazy funny things that my girls do, the struggles of being a stay at home mom, living away from family and friends, and trying to figure out the world of being a new mom...I feel like I have a lot to say. I also feel like I need more adults conversations during the day, even if they are potentially one sided "conversations" with my laptop!
I also know that often I feel alone, like I am the only one going through whatever is the problem or challenge of the day. I have always found that one of my Super Mommy Sorority Sisters, the amazing parents from our multiples hospital birth class, or my family can either relate or share a suggestion. So I guess this blog has a dual purpose. If you can steal a solution, find humor, or feel support in my blog--that makes me happy! So between having a place to "talk" to adults and hoping to provide humor and support for others...that is why I choose to blog.
That said, I have twin girls. They are currently 10 months old and as the title of my blog suggests....very busy and potentially destructive when they decide to be. My living room usually looks like a tornado has hit it. However, my little "twinadoes" are very good babies, are usually pretty sweet to each other, and affectionate with others. They have very different personalities and it has been fun to watch them develop these.
Sydney is much more thoughtful and quiet. She chooses to sit back and watch, but once she is ready to act--she is a force to be reckoned with! She is tall for her age, and nothing is out of her reach now (the remotes on the back of the couch, things on the edge of the kitchen table, etc). Although Kasey significantly smaller than her sister, she refuses to be ignored. She is louder, quicker to act, and knocks over anything in her path. Well that is all I have time for at this moment...more to come soon!
